Two on insurance
...they are quite separate.
First, I am considering changing insurers to one who offers very similar cover but considerably cheaper than the existing on. However, in more than one place the new policy wording refers to uninsurable risks not being covered. I have phoned to get this clarified but without clarity resulting apart from acts of God. Does anyone have a clear, plain explanation/definition?
Second, I have a plot of land which is not part of our home. There are mature trees involved - does anyone know of a simple and reasonably priced way to insure against liability to others in the event that, say, a storm blows a tree over onto someone or something ?
