Pay a\s you go car insurance

I will soon be getting the train to work instead of driving in every day, which will cut my mileage down to approx 4000 per year. I was wondering if anyone had any experience of PAYG motor insurance ? It sounds a good idea... too good actually !

i did have pay as you drive insurance with norwich union last year on a sports car we only used at weekends and it was very good,but i sold the car and now norwich union dont do it anymore,im not sure many companies do it now as it was not viable for them.
