My condo association has 12 units with 12 parking spaces. Several owners have children who repeatedly fall and scratch the vehicles while riding their bikes in the lot. Who insurance would cover the repairs and who's insurance would cover the children if there ever was a serious accident?

this is a uk based site, and therefore you might not get any answers as we do not have a claim and compensation culture here as much as the US - children do not need to be insured in this country!

i would guess homeowners insurance would cover what you have described (but i only get this info from watching judge judy!)

however, in you second scenario, what type of serious accident are you talking about - one that was the kids fault, or for example you running them over in your car?
Consult with your condo owners or managers to provide you the safety options. To know more https://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/News/Question1303149-5.html#answer-11877656
