Justice and fairness flies out of the window and only the total anniliation, gained by whatever means, of the opposers is satisfactory. Criminal courts are for those less able to defend themselves.
Lets put it this way. the media is anti- Israeli from the offset, and the fact that because Hamas is firing from civilian locations, civilians are going to, and are, being killed in the response.
Why should they let in the media, when they know that whatever happens, even though they are responding, almost all the reports will be against them, and a question i've asked a few times, without an answer, Hamas was the first to fire, thousands of rockets before Israel had had enough and responded, What would an appropiate response be, to an organisation that won't stop firing their rockets?.

Or it could be asked what would an appropriate response be to, a country that deprives a people of it's inalienable right to self-determination, of the right of Palestinian refugees to return to their homes, and the illegality of the Israeli occupation over the West Bank, Gaza, and East Jerusalem according to the UN ?
Lonnie - is it appropriate to move 110 civilians into a house, warn them to stay there and then shell it?

Is is appropriate to bomb a UN school? Even when the UN has given them the co-ordinates and flown their flags to ensure it won't happen?

Is it appropriate to fence in a people, then tell them to get out of the way so they won't get killed?

Hamas launching rockets is wrong, wrong, wrong.
But Israel's destruction of a population is worse.

Israel is believed to be using controversial white phosphorus shells to screen its assault on the heavily populated Gaza Strip.
As the Israeli army stormed to the edges of Gaza City and the Palestinian death toll topped 500, the tell-tale shells could be seen spreading tentacles of thick white smoke .
Burning blobs of phosphorus would cause severe injuries to anyone caught beneath them
Israel admitted using white phosphorus during its 2006 war with Lebanon.
The use of the weapon in the Gaza Strip, one of the worlds mostly densely population areas, is likely to ignite yet more controversy over Israels offensive, in which more than 2,300 Palestinians have been wounded.
The Geneva Treaty of 1980 stipulates that white phosphorus should not be used as a weapon of war in civilian areas, but there is no blanket ban under international law on its use as a smokescreen or for illumination. However, Charles Heyman, a military expert and former major in the British Army, said: If white phosphorus was deliberately fired at a crowd of people someone would end up in The Hague. White phosphorus is also a terror weapon. The descending blobs of phosphorus will burn when in contact with skin.

have you noticed the only mob not moaning at Israel is Hamas? They love it they deliberately site their kit in schools etc, they sacfice their own people just so they can get left numpties in the west to slag off the nasty Israel.
Would we do any different in the curcumstances? They should carpet bomb the whole kin lot, level it, then they'd get all the rocket launchers.
If hamas want it to end they have to stop firing, if the people want it to end, then wipe out the main foe, hamas, yourselves

Perhaps the Brits should have done this in the 40's
then we might have peace now
On the morning of the 22nd of July 1946 a party of between 15 and 20 Jews, dressed as an Arabs entered the King David Hotel. The hotel housed the Secretariat of the Government of Palestine and Headquarters of the British Forces in Palestine and Transjordan. The terrorists were able to enter the building without arousing too much attention because part of the building was still being used as a hotel and other people frequented it. The Jews pretended to be an Arab working party. Having unloading from their lorry several milk churns filled with 225 kilogram's of explosive, they placed them in the basement of the wing of the hotel occupied by the Secretariat.
A British officer standing nearby, one Major Mackintosh, became suspicious of this group of Arabs and began to ask questions, but was suddenly gunned down by a member of the Jewish gang and subsequently died. A policeman stationed at the tradesman's entrance suffered a similar fate when he challenged the Jewish terrorists. Both victims were unarmed.
If they had flattened all of it then , there would be no trouble now ?
