My car was driven into. Can I request the monetry value instead of having it fixed?
My car was driven into on the motorway and can be repaired economically.
For safety reasons I don't particularly want to drive a smashed up car which has been straightened out. Have I the right to request the monetry value of the vehicle instead of the repaired car?
What value can I expect? The Glas guide price?
Thanks for any advice.

Depending on impact all measurements are checked to the factory spec also 4 wheel geometry is carried out.
They would not be returned to the road in an unsafe condition, the body shop would lose its contract with the ins.co. and thats what they rely on for there work.
