Chicken pox. . .infectious through a 3rd person?

Hello there,
Could anyone please tell me if an adult who is immune to chicken pox (had chicken pox in childhood) can come into contact with a child with chicken pox and then pass it on to another child? Hope it makes sense?? :-)

I thought i was immune so did not avoid my friends kids when they had it. It was a lot worse when you are older! People say can turn to shingles - although it is similar I think its a bit of an old wives tale! but I would recommend to avoid as much as poss. - The problem being spots only occur when well into the incubation stage so you will never know! (But I still would go round refriending their spot!).. As far as 3rd party passing - the germs are airborne so cannot see why they could pop on you for a ride and take off again. There must be a confirmed medical explaination to my theories, If not I'll copyright this one.
Stay well.
