Vodaphone add insult to injury!
9 Answers
I'm dealing with the estate of a deceased relative. She had a contract with Vodaphone & they need a copy of the death cert to cancel the contract.
They sent the death certificate back, addressed to her, and it started
"Dear Mrs X, We are sorry to hear you are leaving Vodaphone etc etc and we are returning your death certificate to you as you requested."

You would not believe the amount of correspondence and phone calls I have had with these types of company where they just don't seem to get that when people die 1) they no longer need the service and 2) they will NOT be able to correspond with them directly. Doh. A bit of sensitivity might not go amiss.
