They claim to have the right policy for you wherever you are heading and for whatever you are doing. This shows in their range of policy types which include single trip, annual multi trip, long stay, winter sports, business cover, over 65's.

Unusually they also offer on their website computer insurance which includes cover against accidental damage, theft, loss and breakdown, new for old cover, insure up to 5 items at a time, worldwide cover and also extra cover for accessories.

The company was launched in 2000 and was set up with one main aim which was to provide convenient high value cover at the lowest prices possible. The founders of the company saw a unique gap in the market for travel insurance.

As more and more people were able to book holidays themselves, it made sense that they should also be able to purchase their own travel insurance. This was usually provided by travel agents which caused a monopoly in the market and customers were often held to ransom over large premiums and inadequate protection. The traditional insurance industry was not geared up for offer travel insurance and also there was no effective provision available online.
