i am having trouble with emails again. i have emails waiting but cant get them.the message comes up cant display folder. i cant get any headings such as send and receive on ,

need more information such as what connection u have? aol yahoo wanadoo etc! is it hotmail or what!? otherwise people cant help

i think its aol, i cant get the hang of this so be patient.when i press inbox the headings at the top go off, but when i press deleted items the headings come on but i cant receive emails. i would be grateful for any help.
