Winter jobs for self employed

hi , I am a self employed Gardner, and although I get plenty of work from March to october, I find that im at a loose end for the winter months, so i need work for the winter season, and any kind of self employed work would be ideal.
I have a medium size van and dont mind hard work , Have any of you good folk any job idears.
