Apparently the reason not to wear my specs is first the "new" lens put in won't be the same prescription and the other eye that is getting the op sometime has to adjust? I am 75 and worn specs every day since I was 10 years old. I am now told when both eyes are operated on I won't need specs again. All very odd to me but cataract surgery has progressed this far he tells me.
I am having 2 lots of drops in 4 times a day. The eye looks ok not inflamed or sore. Just so very blurry.
