I work in a Social Club and raised a Grievance against my Assistant Manager. Is it Breach of Confidentiality if she is showing my Grievance letter to customers? She is, also spreading outright lies about me.

I don't know what country you're in, and it will depend on the company's terms of employment; but broadly speaking - yes.

Lying about you is slander.
Go higher than her and speak to the manager.

If it is a social club do they have an organisation committee or trustees? If so go the them.
How did she get access to your letter in the first place? Seems like your manager may have shared it with her so be careful how you progress this. Have a look at your grievance policy before you do anything else.
