why do motorbikes and push bikes create there own lanes by cutting down the middle of 2 way traffic surely this cant be legal, but if u hit one then u would be in trouble

It's called filtering and it is legal (afaik) whilst there is a flow of traffic. If traffic is standstill, this is frowned upon maybe even not legal.

If a bike comes up my back right i will move as far to the left as i possibly can whilst staying on the road. I usually get a thank you also which makes me feel like a good lad.

Precisely one of many reasons why people ride motobikes and pedal cycles especially for commuting in peak hour traffic. The intention is to make progress and that is how it is legally done. What you will often see,however,are motorcylists and pedal cyclists failing to conform to a direction signal .i.e. passing on the offside of central refuge with a keep left sign on it. this is very annoying for a car driver, it seems that push bikes especially have a set of rules for the rd all of there own , until they get knocked off there bike then they scream blue murder, half of em are dressed like its the tour de france in there lycra and are probably only nipping to the shops

Hardly rightly so. It involves going between lanes not overtaking in an adjacent lane. It ought to be illegal, and it ought to be the case that if an accident occurs whilst they are doing such a dangerous thing then they should be held responsible for doing it. But in our society it's always easier to blame the scapegoat driver who's behaving reasonably than the one causing a dangerous situation.

When I was using Van in London courier cyclists were a nightmare, jumping red lights, not worried which side they over/undertook, and if pavement was quicker they'd use that.

Mostly, where my vehicle sites in the road is up to whoever is driving the bus.

Car drivers seem to be split into 2 camps - one which is most helpful obliging and courteous to the buses, and one which is totally selfish and cuts them up or pulls out in front of them at every opportunity.

One of the most annoying cases (surprisingly frequent) is where the car pulls out in front of the bus from a side turning on the left causing the bus to have to reduce speed sharply, then not much further along the offending car wants to turn right and the bus has to wait behind it until oncoming traffic allows the turn. These arrogant drivers regard themselves as more important than the 50 or more people on the bus. [end of rant]

If more people ride bikes then there would be less congestion and pollution for you. Would you rather I was a car in front of you or a bike? Cyclist are giving you more space on the road so be glad for them, we are all road users and should be courteous to each other not full of hate.

my personal experience of bicycles on road is not good at all... they have an awful superior attitude and are a nightmare..as if the Highway code does not apply to them at all, and total disregard for pedestrians.... motor bikes on the other hand I have always found to be considerate and mindful riders....apart from a few coming head on on the wrong side of the road on country lanes....

Only a non-cyclist would make such an idiotic comment. Why do you think we wear that gear? Wouldn’t be because it’s safe, comfortable and functional, would it?
Couldn’t I say the same about Sunday league footballers, wearing their striped shirts, shorts and shin pads? What about those goalkeepers wearing their big, stupid gloves? Oh hang on......

Not forgetting the local cricket team. All those helmets, pads and wicket keeping gloves, who do they think they are, Test match players?

I mean why would you want to wear the correct clothing for your activity? Honestly, some people.....
