Is Labour Starting To Abolish Democracy...

After being awake practically all night I didn't actually doze off until about 8am, and then finally slept for 2 hours. I really should get a night job - would work wonders with my sleeping habits!
Pouring with rain here - have several deliveries due, and loads of work to do, I can just see it's gona be one of those days that it will be 5 pm before I know it lol. Am being told by MrSmow to go to A &E with my little toe(well I can hardly go without it! ). Even tho the black bruising has gone it is still as painful as the day I injured it, and still can't bend it, or touch it without half leaping out the window! Just really REALLY don't want to sit for 7 or 8 hours in our useless local hospital to be told 'Nah ur right, you did break it, nothing we can do apart from strap it up'.
So what's everyone's Monday plans? Work? Shopping? DIY maybe??

I slept last night, but not enough. I had a *small* nosebleed just before heading up to bed. But these always put me in deep panic mode...I get shivers and twitching muscles. So I was up until gone 3 am. 🥱
Afternoon Smow I thought I'd missed you today. Am going out to my book club shortly. I enjoy the company and the other people's views on the same book. Don't always like the books, but the last one "Blonde Roots" by Bernardine Evaristo was really good, with a clever play on linguistics. Can't say the samr for "The Secret History" by Donna Tartt. I read 200+ pages and nothing seemed to happen so gave up on that.
Sorry you are still in pain with your little toe. I suppose a break takes about six weeks to knit back together and it has not been that long has it ? I presume you are still keeping it strapped up. You could try one of the NHS helpline to see if this is normal, or they recommend you go to see someone.
Hope you have a good rest of the day - think of something nice and reward yourself with a treat in the early evening to set yourself up until bed time.
