What should I have done about the fact that I was in love with skye?

When I was in my last year of primary school I fell in love with this boy called Skye. He was a year younger then me. However when it came to high school he got sent to a private all-boy's school and I got sent to the local comprehensive. I didn't know how to handle the way I felt about Skye when I was in primary school. I had fallen in love with him but didn't now what to do about it....I was told Skye did fancy me ..so it wasn't just as far as i know a one -sided sort of emotion....I was in love with Skye. I never really even let myself think about what would happen when I went to high school. What should I have done when I was in primary school about Skye? Also...when I left primary school and go sent to high school what should I have done about Skye/to hold onto Skye then?
Even if we had gone out together...would the relatonship likely have lasted (especially since I was having a lot of problems/diffculties at home ) it broke my heart when he left my life...but what should I have done? please be honest!!!!!!!!!

I don't mean to sound harsh but it's about time that you got over it. You don't fall in love in primary school. Move on.....go back to college and meet a man and stop thinking about the memory of a boy.

Oh Ummm, there is such a thing as childhood sweethearts - lol and i think that is sweet, but then im just a fluffy girl who thinks love makes the world go round. Im just a hopeless romantic at the end of the day. Dear willow, you will meet someone just as lovely whom you will love deeply Im sure, but you wont ever forget your first crush, it maybe you are destined to meet again and be together - who knows, only time will tell.

i know it's hard to get over some guys. some of them just have something about them so u can't keep ur mind off them. i have had that problem, where i think about one guy all the time, and i know that they have probably gotten over me 100 times faster than i got over them. but yeah, move on. you can only find someone new if u open up ur mind! good luck
