At least here in the U.S., the average for a flight attendant (as they're called here) for one of the major carriers is starting about $18 per flight hour and goes up to around $30 after around 5 years. Most are unionized so it depends on the contract. There are add ons for position in the cabin (lead or forward vs aft) and per diem adds for hours over the average shift... Less for the smaller carriers...
