Zakki - employers will be looking for transferable skills that can be used in the vacant role. For example, organisational skills, being able to prioritise, being confident etc, obviously dependant on the role! You will need to demonstrate from previous experience (work related or personal) why you think you are suitable for the post.

You could look up 'interview questions and answers' on google - i know you said application form but some of these sites are really good for this type of thing.
