What the quickest and cheapest way to get some sort of certificate to teach piano and/or guitar. I teach privately and wish to continue to do so but my clients sometimes ask to see some sort of certificate. i have passed grade 5 ABRSM in piano.

i can only add the following to Buenchico's reply; having passed grade 5 as a music teacher i would think it is imperative to continue at least as grade 8 before you start to consider taking on pupils of your own. All the music teaching colleagues of mine have their certificates on show for their pupils to see.
As for a quick and cheap way to gain a certificate, i doubt that there will be such a thing which carries any credibility.
