hi i have my jsac at birmingham on oct 16th can anyone give me some advice on what it entails and some of the scenarios much appreciated

thanks 4 asking i look back and sometimes i think i did ok sometimes i think i could and should have done a bit more but hopefully done enough hope they understand that you are a bit nervous...will let u know
