Have a few music related questions I am stuck with and could do with expert help so..... over to you geniuses !!

8) I thought Level 42 cos they named themselves after the answer to the question, 'what is the meaning of life?' as answered in 'The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy' (written by Douglas Adams) as being '42' ie. 'The meaning of life is 42', if that makes sense...Still only a guess though.
