need find right direction

I struggle to find right direction in my life. I really dont want to spend my life in office with borring people and get pay rise once a year (hopefully) and have 20 day per year holiday. Im 28, eastern european , speaking very good english+ little russian, pc skills, accounting diploma,HNC in business, some outdoor certificats all pass in UK last few years, hard working,very people person, independent. Love travel,any sport, social activity etc but dont know, where to find new direction and start enjoy my work. Condiseration of self employment for long time, but dont know, how to start and what to do. Like to move back home in few years time, so need to choose something flexible. Any idea??? Thank you!
