Childrens rep

I really want to be a children's rep next summer, i have got my interview next saturday (8th Nov), is there any good reasons to give, for why i want to be a children's rep that will make me stand out?? I have got all the necessary qualifications etc and experience just not good at giving reasons why i would like to do the job etc. Any help would be much appreciated thank you very much xx
