I went through the redundancy process with my company less than a year ago, but was lucky enough not to be made redundant.
More redundancies are being made at the moment - is my company within legal rights to put me through the process again - i.e., within 1 year - and start consultations with me?
And, sadly, even if you survive this latest round I think it's pretty likely you'll be in another round next year. Eventually you'll have had enough and will be hoping you are given redundancy
