Where can I find a good speculative job letter online?

I have, like so many others, done my C.V. and think I will be needing it soon. I would also like to know where I can find online a good example of a speculative letter to a possible future employer to be sent in the post along with a C.V.. Can anyone here let me know where I can find one online for free? There are many companies out there which will charge for this service, but in the vastness of the Internet there should be something out there for free.

Can any of you ABers help me in my situation?

Thank you all so much for your answers. As bednobs has said I have already said "Thanks" in advance for all your lovely help. It is just that I do not like seeing my name further down the thread as the question author, as feel that space should all belong to you. So thanks for your help past, present and future, ABers.
