Learning With Dyslexia
2 Answers
I have the chance to progress in my job. Half will be learning through experience which is fine. However the rest will be by reading. I can read at home, I tend to skip the words I cant read, I wont be able to do this for work. I have been given lots of things to read/study and I just cant get the flow of it, sometimes it feels like Im reading a list of random words rather than a sentence containing a messege. I also cant seem to get info to move from the paper into my head. Does anyone have any tips please.
Also,my handwriting goes to pot when it miportant any ideas???

My son is dyslexic and has always found audio is best for taking in the info. Or could someone record the text for you. I know you can get newspapers in audio form. When at school he 'heard' lots of books especially Harry Potter. There was or is an organisation called 'Listening Books' some people got them free if they were disabled. Dyslexia is classed as a disability.
