Hello everyone! hope you all are doing well.
I have applied in a german university for higher studies but unfortunately, the university rejected my application. but the person who sent me a rejection email, he wrote in the email that if I need any further guidance I can write to him he will guide me. So I am writing him an email, let me know friends if changes are required in the email thanks.

Hello, ABC,
I hope this email finds you well in health. This is very unfortunate news for me that I am not eligible to get admission in "course name". It was my biggest dream to study in "university name" maybe my selection, of course, was not right or maybe I have made any mistake in filling application.
The purpose of writing you this email is, can you further guide me that based on my educational and professional profile am I eligible for any other course in your university or not.
I would appreciate your guidance.

I am very sorry not to have been successful in my application to study...at ....University as it has always been a personal ambition for me to do so.

Perhaps my application was not completed to your satisfaction and there may be more information that I have failed to provide which may help you to reconsider this matter.

I would welcome any advice from you regarding a further application being made to this course of study or any other that you may deem more suited to my profile.

'in good health' rather than 'well in health' ; unless you'd prefer to leave that out totally.

I'd leave out the 'for me'.
I'd leave out the ',of course, ' and maybe put the comma after 'right' instead.

'writing to you is' rather than 'writing you this email is,'. The whole sentence seems awkward really. Try 'My reason for writing to you is to ask if you can give me any guidance as to whether I would be eligible, based on my educational and professional profile, to qualify for any other courses at your university. It would be much appreciated.'

Although I'd think they'd expect you to check out the entry requirements against your achievements. But it probably won't hurt to ask.
