Good Answers To Give To Boss About Reason For Leaving?!
9 Answers
Hello,
I need your help please!
I am wanting to apply for a new teaching job, but have an awful headteacher for a boss!
If you get short listed for a position within the teaching profession, it is custom that they ask for a reference before you are interviewed, thus you need to tell your headteacher that you are applying for a particular post!
I need to give a good diplomatic answer, when I am asked why I want to leave my current post!
Could I pick your brains for some great answers please?
Many thanks in advance.
