bullied,racial attack

young pakistani girl was assulted real bad at school by white girl,it was racial attack.she beet her up so badly that girl fainted due to broken noise.multible injuries accured eg: black eye,swolen face blood all over.when she came round and stood up fainted again ambulance came took girl to hospital.
the school is saying that they are guarantying that the bully l will not be allowed back into the school 99.9%
but am very worried the bully will get back into school.how can i make sure that the girl is expelled from school.in past she has been verbaly bullying her and other asian children.police are aware of this as they have gave us a crime number.wot else can i do please

You cannot make sure that this student gets expelled (permanently excluded). You can hope that the governing body upholds the head teacher's decision to permanently exclude her. Her record of previous assualts etc will go against her and hopefully these will be taken into account by the governors. A letter to the governing body may help. Contact the police and ask them what you should do with the crime number you have been given - clearly they must think the incident is serious. However, it depends how old she is as well.
