Student loans

(Sorry, I've already posted this in finance) Can a student continue to receive a student loan from the SLC (not a bank) if they are declared bankrupt halfway through their course?

Call the student loans company as an enquiry or the citizen advise buea. The SLC are a law onto themselves! trust me
