what accounting qualification is the best for me?

Basically i need to know what accounting qualification is best for me and is it definitly acceptable for australia i:e: i would be a totally qualified accountant and not need further training over there!
I dont want nothing major i just want to open a small business and do small companys accounts like vat,tax,profits etc.
What qualification? Different websites tell me different things, but they are notr telling me what i need to know!
is it acca? aat?cpaa?cima? help me please i would be ver greatful.
