How would you address a wide range of skills and abilities in the classroom?

1.Split the children into ability goups and give them differentiated tasks.
2. In whole class teaching use differentiated questions to include and asess all abilities
3. Split the children into pairs of appropriately mixed abiity depnding on what you want to achieve.
4.Make sure each child is fully aware of ther own individual targets, and involve them in setting and monitoring these targets.

The list could go on for a very long time - is this for a job application?
