On UCAS my satus of my application says:

You have accepted an offer.'

but I've not made any replies to decisions?

Also on the choices page it shows 'firm' in the 'your reply' column.

If you are accepted by your first choice and don't get into your insurance, does ucas automatically accept your first choice uni?
I'm wondering whether I have been accepted by this uni or not as i've not received any direct correspondance from them.

Thanks!

Usually if the first choice uni accepts you then it is a guaranteed place (if offer is unconditional). if you decide you don't want to go to your first choice after all, then you have to write to request them releasing you from your offer.

I would advise you to contact UCAS and your first choice uni for information on whether they have now made you an offer.
