Eysencks three model on Personailty and 16 trait model. Strengths and weaknesses?
Hey I'm really sorry but I need help. Can someone please tell me the Strengths and weakness's of both the Eysencks Three Model on Personality and the 16 trait model.

The 16 trait model is almostly certainly the one more commonly known as the '16PF' model.
There's some stuff on it in Wikipedia.

Since the model has been around for so long, academics are bound of have analysed it to death and compared and contrasted it to others. Look at the references at the bottom of the Wik entry - that's where I would start.
The equivalent Wikipedia stuff on Eysenck is here.

I imagine you are doing a Psychology degree so access to some of this stuff should be straight-forward for you.
