Awkward Interview questions
Hello,
I was asked the following two questions at a recent job interview:
"What do you like least about this job" and "Are you proud of yourself"?
I would like some advice on how to answer such questions and have you any other examples of tricky interview questions and your responses to them?
Thanks for your replies.

I was expected to ask all sorts of questions first, about size of ladder, what it was for. Then I had to decide which ladder would be appropriate for the job in hand. They seemed to think it would confuse people. Maybe I was, I didn't get the job.
I've been asked that one, bednobs - as if you are throwing a sickie to get to the interview....
The proud question is odd. Proud's not a word I would use about word achievements - satisfield, yes, glad, yes, pleased with outcomes, yes - but proud? - no, I'm only doing my job, and if I have a reputation for doing it well, that gives me satisfaction. I guess the expression is "pride in a job well done". It's not an adjective which I would apply to myself!
