go on your council's employment site for school jobs!

also 'the lady' magazine has private vacancies for nannies and mothers' helps!

if you are qualified and experienced you could ceate a CV and pass copies around local employers? some of their staff may be interested!

If you are a registered childminder (and you have to be nowadays), there are several professional organisations who will put you on their lists.

Tammy, what qualifications do you have? You need a NNEB qualification or an NVQ these days to be a nanny, and to be a teaching assistant you'd need to apply via the local authority.

And sorry, but spelling nurseries wrong won't help your cause. I presume you have good references.
