I need job application help please

Can you all give me a sentence that you would put in a covering letter for a job application to work as secretary/pa/receptionist/administrator. I have plenty of experience, and now have decided that i am treated unfairly in my role in the NHS, and am going to start looking for alternative work. Any sentence will do, it could be about
1. experience
2. yourself as a team worker
3. your organisational skills
4. telephone manner
5. as a person/individual
Just want to know how you would put this is writing, maybe some posh words in the sentence- will be appreciated.
Just to update you, my hours since my last post are now till 4 on Monday and Friday, and till 2.30 on Tue, Thurs and 3pm Wednesday. I accepted this until my line manager started saying i come to work late and leave early, which is not true and now i have had enough, and want to leave asap. I always go to work on time and sometimes end up leaving late, due to work load. She is a bully, and i am not the only one that says this, another member of staff has handed her notice in, and is leaving at the end of next week. thanks to those for the support you gave me in my previous post. And i am confident that you will help me with this aswell. xx

Dear Name (find the name of the relevant person within the organisation),
I would be very interested in applying for vacancies that may be available now or in the near future for a secretary/pa/receptionist/administrator within your organisation. I believe that I have the required skills and experience for such a position and have attached my CV for your consideration.
Currently employed within the NHS, I am seeking career progression - building on my extensive experience in this area of work.
You can add more bullsh!t here.
I would be very grateful if you would consider my application and attached CV. I would be pleased to answer any questions or supply any additional information that may be required. I will contact you on DATE to discuss this further. If there are no vacancies currently available, I would be very grateful if you would keep my details on file.
Thank you for your attention.
Yours sincerely
Rozia
On the contact DATE – telephone the person to enquire about your application.
When asking to speak to said person – you can justifiably state that he/she is expecting your call.
GOOD LUCK.

Not to rain on your parade Hymie, but in the NHS (and the large international company that my husband used to work for) you would get a stock letter back saying
"thank you for your letter. Any openings which we have will be published (details here). We regret that we are unable to keep CV's on file. Please do not contact us on this matter"
Because we used to get HUNDREDS of them.

hit enter too soon. When we were advertising, CV's and applications would be removed from covering letters and only the CV and application would go into the shortlisting process, again because we got so many applications.
Things which made an application/CV stand out were brevity, clarity, legibility, demonstration that the applicant had actually read the job description and person spec and (more or less) fitted it.
Witter, bullshine, poor spelling and grammar bumped the applicant down the list.
Sorry to be so hard but when you get hundreds of applications for one job, you need a system that is both fast and fair and doesn't take up an inordinate amount of time.
