Interview
2 Answers
i work in a department store in a concession and recently got offered a interview at a store... however its to work in the concession of the shop which is right next to me. extrememly awkward since the 2 departments hate each other and from working there the staff aren't too pleasent either
i found out after that its only for 12 hours or less and i really need full time. so should i just go along and see if theres any positions available in the shop? or just ring and cancel althought I would have no idea on what to say. any ideas?

I would just ring and say you've changed your mind and won't be attending the interview. No need to give any reason.

Why not just ring them asking if they have full time poistions - you don't have to let them know you have an interview coming up - you could be anyone on the other end of the phone? I tend to find out a bit more about places/people before i make a judgement about them. Stories may not be as true as your own experience.....good luck.
