My area is used to dealing with jobs of various quantity levels and skill requirements.Explain how you would expect a team member to approach a large (200+)job and the same team member given a one off job.Both carry high quality requirements.

I wouldn't mind providing some hint and tips, but am not going to write the essay/application form as joko points out. Provide a little more information and what areas you are finding challenging and then perhaps some help guidance will follow.
