Powerpoint presentation
As the final part of the recruitment process for a sales job I have been asked to do a presentation entitled "How I see the first 3 months". Any ideas of web sites do you think will help, other advice and contents for the presentation will also really help me.
Thanks

My advice would be to present a business plan
What market will I be addressing?
Channel to Market
Requirements to deliver forecast
View of what I sell successfully and why
Marketing Campaigns
Sales Strategy
How am I organised for success?
What support do I require from the business to be successful?
Business Plans Figures
Acquisition pipeline
And your final slide should be: Remuneration - Clear, workable, achievable and very motivating!
Good luck

Try businessballs.com
It's a great site for all sorts of management stuff and includes some very good ideas for how to present sales plans, strategic road-mapping etc. all of which would be useful for your presentation.
I had to do a similar presentation once, I included an overview of how I would integrate into the business; what objectives I would set myself to achieve in that timescale; getting to know my team/people and how I would do that... past achievements and how you might apply similar principles in this role would also be good to include.
Keep it simple, keep it short, bullet points only and make sure its interesting enough for them to ask questions at the end.
Good luck!
