can someone please help me i work 16hrs a wk but one wk i do 3 days and next i do 4 days a wk so not really sure how many days i'm entitled to

It's best to work it out in terms of hours. Entitlement depends on how many hours a full timer works and how many holidays they get. If you want to give us the data someone here will do the figures

In your situation it HAS to be worked out on hours to get it correct - and include the impact of public holidays.
Even employers are often clueless about how to do this.
