My brother has worked his way up in the recruitment company he works for and is now a Director on a six figure salary - so yes it is possible, but it didn't happen over night.

also it is very stressful and the job itself has a high turnover of staff, if you are not hitting monthly targets you are on borrowed time, it can be a very ruthless game.

you are only as good as your target for that month...
