It depends on whether there is anything to pay them with. They are fairly high up the pecking order so stand a better chance than most, but no assets = no pay
If the company has no money, there is a government scheme to give you the minimum number of weeks redundency at up to a set salary. I do not know about back pay and holiday pay.
