Job application form query

I am filling in an application form for job at an agricultural college. It asks me for DfEE number. I have no idea what this. Can anyone help please?

Educational establishments and teaching staff working in them are registered with the Department of Education (used to be called Education and Skills - and the acronym was DfES - can't keep track of what the final E now means to produce DfEE).
So this will either by your reference number (if you have a existing teaching qualification?) or more likely the registration number of the agriculatural college. Depends where it appears on the form.
