hi, i have a telephone interview with sky tv tommorow for the position of installation engineer. what are the 3 customer service related questions they ask, and if you know, what are good answers!!

I don't know the three questions, but whatever you are asked regarding customer service, I advise that you give an example incorporating the following examples:

Helping someone whose first language is not English (it shows problems solving skills & patience)

Calming someone down (say how you used open body language and non-judgemental spoken language)

Handling a demanding customer (think of a time when you provided a product or service to someone, and did so agreeing a compromise).
