Working & claiming JSA
My husband has just been made redundant (again- that's 7 times in 10 years) and has been offered some part time work - working from home. This will only be around 10 - 15 hours a week and he is likely to earn around 60 - 80. Problem is, the company have given him a 'self employment' form, obviously so that they are not liable for tax and NI. Can he still claim JSA if he registers self employed for this company?
