Motorcycle suspension set-up...
3 Answers
Hi!
I've recently bought a 2001 Kawasaki ZX-6R (J1) to play around with over (what's left of) the summer. It's a lovely clean bike but the suspension seems to be very soft, especially noticeable on the twisty country roads, and rebounds quite badly over any dents in the road surface. The guy I bought it from was quite a big fella, so I'm guessing he had the suspension damping adjusted for his weight.
I weigh 14st (89kg), but have no idea what the suspension set-up should be for that weight (how many clicks to H or L). Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!
