Fibre optic work offshore

i currently work for BT installing and repairing fibre optic cables
i am looking at working offshore. i have applied for my bosiet coarse and paying it myself.
But i cant find contractors to work for offshore. if any1 can help with who or where to start looking into it wud be appreciated.
