I you started on 28 June and were paid on 28 july then you are not paid a month in arrears. Inagine if you started on 28 Jan and got paid on 28th Feb, then you'd be all paid up to date; as you are now.

If you'd started on 28 June and had to wait until 28 Aug then you would have another payment due in March.

Sorry, but good luck with your move

Sounds as though they pay a month in arrears, so you should get a final pay on 28th March.
We are paid on the 24th of the month, for that month (i.e. I was paid 24 Feb for the month of Feb, up until 28th), so you have been paid for February already, plus any leave owing to you. Why do you think it would be different?
really they should have given you your holiday pay in March too
Boxy, I'm paid a month in arrears, and going by the first sentence, I think alliecat is too

i thought i would of been owed for january to be paid feb 28th and feb to be paid march 28th so i was expectin 2 months basic pay i think ive got my head round it now thanx for clearing it up i feel so thick lol
No don't fell thick, it really confusing!

But how i see it is that last year when you started you were paid for July on 28th July (not for June as you didn't work there in June). So the equivilent is that you are paid for Feb on 28th Feb. Just my opinion but I will stand corrected if I'm wrong
I think you're right, maidup. I read start date as 26th anyway. Ring HR anyway, maybe alliecat? At least it'll put your mind at rest.

yip youve cleared it in my head so much better when i ts written down like that thanx ..
basically if you were paid 28th july and started 28th june, that was 28th june to 28th june, although usually takes 2 days to go through so probably paid work up to 26th June. so 28th feb pay is from 26th jan to 26th feb xx.
sorry paid up till 26th July x
