Well I do but too fiddly to type on here. I'd start by removing the decimal points and do
345670 divided by 345 and use old fashioned long division.
Prudie has adopted the same technique which I would. (i.e. multiply both terms by 100, so that the divisor no longer has a decimal point in it).

However it would be interesting to know which level of accuracy you require. Cheating (by using a calculator) shows that the answer has a recurring 21-digit sequence after the decimal point. Even someone who is skilled at long division is going to take quite some time to work through that lot! So, should the answer be correct to (for example) 1 or 2 decimal places? Without such a limitation, it's a ridiculously tedious task to carry out.

Dammit can't add.

Thanks-but not good on how to do long division if the dividing number isn't more than 12! Even 12 makes it difficult.....ha!
In my defense I'm hung over.
In my days at school if the divisor was 12 or less it was called short division!
mine too mike
Copy and paste this lot into Notepad and replace the # with spaces:

Divide 7 furlongs, 5 chains, 18 yards, 2 feet and 9 inches by 3. If you couldn't do that by the age of 11 you didn't get into grammar school.
I make that 2 furlongs, 5 chains, 6 yards and 11 inches. Do I get in?
Just, but you must work a little quicker next time!
I didn't take all 4 minutes to work it out.
There are ways to make these easier.
For example, multiply both numbers by 20 first.
The calculation becomes 69134 ÷ 69
Noting that 69 = 23 x 3 we can use short division to divide 69134 first by 23 (which isn’t too bad), then divide the result by 3.
Sorry, Factor, but I don't think that makes things any easier, rather to the contrary, and certainly takes longer.
We all have our preferred approaches. I prefer to divide by 23 using short division than by 345. The other steps are simple.
One should of course always do an approximation first. In this case the approximate answer would be 1000
