What a super bit of news. The royal couple have invited 2 poor mumbai lunch box carriers for an all expenses paid visit to their wedding. For those who dont know about these lunch box carriers, they are a group of very poor men who transport thousands of lunch boxes from homes in suburban Mumbai to the offices in central mumbai. So the wife can cook at her leisure and the husband does not have to wait for the lunch to be ready when he leaves for work. It has been going on for more than 60 years and they have a 99.9 % accuracy rate in time and delivery. Just a PR stunt from Charles or very thoughtful as the mumbai men had done a whip round to send him a present. I think the latter.

Haven't heard of this one before. Why would Prince Charles want to invite 2 mumbai lunch box carriers? They haven't been of service to either Prince Charles or to his family.

Lengthy article on BBC website. Dont think its a haox.
Have just read the article - Ah how lovely! I think it is a really nice gesture. Apparently Charles met them on a visit to Mumbai in 2003. Hope they weren't planning to take in the Grand national on Saturday...
